TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Consumption of any outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Idaho Wine Tours Inc will not be held responsible for you or any other participants after completion of the tour.
• CANCELATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. All sales are final. You may reschedule your tour to a future date with greater than 7 days notice. Tours needing to be rescheduled with less than 7days notice will incur a $50 change fee.
• Visits to specific wineries cannot be guaranteed, changes maybe necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Idaho Wine Tours Inc.
• In the event of any physical damage/defacement to the vehicle caused by customer the credit card on file will be charged.
Vehicle Damage: Actual repair costs plus a $250 service fee. Repairs that cause vehicles to be unavailable for tours will result in additional fees for revenue replacement costs.
Cleaning of bodily fluids and stains: $400 or cost of cleaning service whichever is greater.
Ordinary spills/stains: $200 or cost of cleaning services whichever is greater.
• You agree Idaho Wine Tours Inc is not responsible for any accidents or injuries while in the vehicle/and or during transportation as well as outside the vehicle while visiting the wineries.
• By participating in Idaho Wine Tours Inc you agree your photo may be used for website or other promotional materials.
• In the extreme case your tour is canceled due to weather, less than minimum participants, or other unforeseen circumstances, purchasers may reschedule their tour for a later date for no additional cost.
• Public tours require a minimum of 6 people. If less than 6 are confirmed, we will contact you and your tour will be rescheduled to a date of your choice at no additional cost. Rescheduled tours do not qualify for refunds.
• By participating in Idaho Wine Tours events you may receive e- mailed newsletters/promotional material from us/wineries.
• Purchase of any Idaho Wine Tour products or services indicates patron understands and agrees to all terms and conditions.
